Guests must be 25 years of age to make a reservation and must provide ID at check-in unless prior approval has been given. Harmony Whistler retains the right to refuse access to any property if this condition has not been met and no refund will be provided. NO GROUPS.
Pets of any kind are not permitted in this home. There will be a fine of up to $500 for any pets or evidence of pets found in the units if permission has not been granted.
All rates are subject to a 5% GST, 8% PST, 3% hotel tax & 7% booking fee.
Kindly note that there is a an additional guest fee of $25/night per guest above the standard occupancy
Prior to check-in, guests will be required to provide a credit card plus photo identification for a pre-authorization of $500. The credit card may be charged up to $500 after departure if the property is damaged, requires excessive cleaning, or if items are missing. The credit card provided must be in the name of the main guest.
Excessive noise:
Excessive noise will not be tolerated at any time of the day. Security and Strata have the option to evict and / or fine guests. Quiet hours are 10 pm to 8 am which includes the use of the hot tub and common areas, if applicable. If there is a neighbouring unit causing a noise disturbance, please contact our office at the number above (option 2), our team will provide you with the contact number for security and we kindly ask for you to contact them directly with all of the details.
Smoking:
All properties and complexes are entirely non-smoking this includes but is not limited to smoking cigarettes/marijuana and vaping. This includes all patios, balconies and common areas. Please limit smoking to outside of the complex, where permissible. Please do not dispose of butts in or around the complex and specifically over railings as this is considered a fire hazard. Any units with evidence of smoking in the complex, including tampering or covering the smoke detector will result in a $500 fine from Harmony Whistler and may also result in complex and municipality fines.
