REQUIREMENTS:

  • Property Management experience preferred
  • Must have strong computer skills, be able to efficiently self-manage work load, be well organised with strong time management, multi-tasking and problem solving skills
  • High attention to detail with excellent communication skills, professional attitude, punctual and reliable

COMPENSATION:

  • Super flexible work schedule
  • 30-40 hours per week

  • Supervision of cleaning teams & linen organizing
  • Inspections of properties and maintenance when needed
  • Guest Services when required
  • Light cleaning when required

REQUIREMENTS:

  • House keeping and / or maintenance experience is preferred
  • Valid drivers license and work permit
  • Must be able to efficiently manage work load
  • High attention to detail
  • A professional attitude, punctual and reliable
