Harmony Whistler does not charge a damage deposit up front. Instead we require you to fill in this form to approve a pre-authorization of $500 which will be applied the day before check-in. The pre-authorization will be released upon check-out pending the approval of property condition.

We do trust that you will take great care of our property during your stay, however accidents do happen and on the rare occassion of any damage to the property, we will charge the credit card you have provided to us.

Please be assured that all information is confidential and will be destroyed after check-out.
