Now that BC has entered phase 3, Harmony Whistler Vacations will be here for you so that you can feel at home in the mountains.  This week we are featuring Alpine Greens as part of our ‘Whistler Vacation Inspiration’, a women’s weekend away.

Feel at Home in the Mountains at 'Alpine Greens'

As you enter your holiday home you will be greeted with a fantastic mudroom with a bench and ample space. Make your way down the hall and you will find both downstairs bedrooms with two twin beds in each. Next to the bedrooms is the main bathroom with a beautiful big shower and a washer/dryer for your convenience. Continue through to the open plan kitchen/living/ dining area with vaulted ceilings and large picture windows bringing the beautiful Whistler nature right inside the home and providing ample natural lighting. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to cook from home and comes with a lovely breakfast bar for a social atmosphere. The living room features a wood-burning fireplace to cozy up to after a day of exploring the mountains, plenty of comfy seating and a large flat screen tv with cable for indoor entertainment. The dining area is extremely spacious and will comfortably seat 6. You will find a small balcony off the living area with a BBQ to enjoy the fresh mountain air. Upstairs will lead you to the master bedroom w/ a king-sized bed for a great nights sleep. The walk-in closet will provide more than enough space for all of your belongings and the impressive en-suite features a double vanity, soaker tub plus walk-in shower. There is even a small Juliet balcony among the treetops. Before a big day of taking in Whistler’s art culture and an afternoon of manicure’s and pedicures, it’s brunch at Earl’s.

Not just a place for food and drinks, Earl’s is a place to connect, a helping hand, a space to make memories, build relationships, and come back time and time again.

Local Tip: Our staff favourite is the Avocado Super Benedict – Two poached eggs, smashed avocado, classic hollandaise, on toasted artisan bread, with crispy potatoes. Pair this with a cold brew coffee and baileys for a delicious meal.

One Last Adventure - Bear Viewing

After you and your friends have packed up the car, you head into the village for one last adventure in beautiful Whistler.

Every summer we get excited to see the bears come out of hibernation and start grazing on the flora surrounding Whistler. You may get lucky and spot one from the gondola or on the golf course however your best chances will be with Whistler Photo Safaris. Their award winning photographers can help with pointers and tips for a great photo while the educated guides know the bears individually and where they like to hang out.
