Most of our properties have one stall included, your check-in email will let you know if there is additional parking available.
Any additional overnight parking will be in the village in one of the many underground parking lots, around $10-$15 for 24 hours. The Conference Centre underground is the most economical option. Underground overheight parking is available at Whistler Town Plaza (max 3.7 metres / 12.2 feet).
Visitor parking stalls are intended for visitors only so please do not park in the visitor stalls beyond the allowed time frame. Predatory towing is in effect throughout Whistler so we kindly ask that you refrain from parking your vehicles in these stalls. Should you have a visitor and there is a visitor parking pass, please ensure that it is displayed at all times. Your Check-in email will provide you with more information on visitor stalls specific to your complex.
Please refer to the property description or your check-in instruction email for the underground height at your complex. Some complexes have a limited number of overheight parking spaces outside of the underground although they are often occupied. Please note that many of the undergrounds can be tight for larger vehicles so please take caution when parking and always check your roof racks before driving underground! SUV’s with a cargo box may not fit.
Alternative underground overheight parking is available at Whistler Town Plaza (max 3.7 metres / 12.2 feet).
Please note that an after hours call out to retrieve a parking key from a vehicle will result in a $70 charge. If it is not an emergency then please get in touch with us during regular office hours and a member of our staff will be able to assist you.
All of our kitchens are equipped with the essentials for you to make a home cooked meal on your holiday. This includes pots, pans, plates, cutlery etc. Although properties are often equipped with some non-perishable food items, such as sugar, coffee, and spices, we cannot guarantee they will be there. Please bring anything edible you may need during your stay.
Yes, all of these items will be stocked in the home for your use.
- Each property will have full linens / duvets for each bed.
- All of our homes are privately owned so all additional blankets / duvets are in the unit and unfortunately we do not stock additional bedding in the office. We recommend that you bring any additional blankets you should wish to use for indoor or outdoor use. Alternatively, you could purchase a throw from one of the many souvenir shops in town.

We will provide one set of towels per guest (plus a few extra just in case). We kindly ask that you bring any towels you plan on using outside, including for the pool / hot tub (if applicable), as our towels are NOT to be removed from the property.
All of our units are equipped with complimentary laundry detergent. Should you wish to wash your towels, we kindly ask that you wash them separately to avoid discoloration.
- 4 rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, small hotel style soap, shampoo and conditioner for every shower, and 2 rolls of paper towels in the kitchen along with kitchen towels / cloths.
- Dish soap and laundry detergent ARE provided at properties with dishwashers and washer/dryers.
- 2 sachets of ground coffee are also provided to get you started.
- Although properties are often equipped with some non-perishable food items, such as salt & pepper, sugar, coffee, and spices, we cannot guarantee they will be there. Please bring anything edible you may need during your stay.
- Dish soap and laundry detergent ARE provided at properties with dishwashers and washer/dryers.
- For hygienic reasons we provide three dish clothes that can be laundered instead of sponges. Should you plan to do a lot of cooking, we recommend bringing your own sponge / scrubby.
- Most of our freezers do not make ice cubes. We recommend purchasing a bag of ice at any of the gas stations or grocery stores in Whistler.
Please see the property listing to see if the home you booked has a BBQ. We provide propane tanks for all of our properties with a propane BBQ and in some cases you will find a back-up tank, kindly note that this is not always the case.
To ensure that all guests can enjoy the BBQ, please let us know as soon as you have emptied a propane tank. Additionally, please always check the propane prior to having a BBQ. We will do our best to provide you with a full propane tank as soon as possible however, we may not be able to accommodate this request if it is in the evening so it is best to check the propane as early in the day as possible.
Kindly check the property description to see if the home you booked has a wood burning fireplace.
Presto fire logs are only provided in the winter. You will find two upon arrival and additional fire logs can be purchased at the hardware store, Husky gas station or grocery stores. Although most of our properties are equipped with matches to light the presto logs, kindly note that this cannot be guaranteed.
Should you wish to buy more logs we recommend purchasing presto fire logs rather than timber as there can be restrictions on this from Strata.
The property will be fully cleaned and ready for your arrival. A mid-stay clean is offered for any guests staying longer than 10 days and it is the guests responsibility to request this 7 days prior to arrival. The cleaners may not be able to accommodate if requested upon arrival. If you are staying less than 10 days and would like a mid-stay clean, this can be arranged for a fee – please contact us.

Luggage Storage FAQ's
Only a few of our properties have a front desk that provide luggage storage.
If you require somewhere to store your bags, there is a storage facility at the UPS store next to Mt Currie Coffee company. They are open Monday to Friday from 9am to 6:30pm and Saturdays from 10am to 5pm. Kindly note, they are closed on Sundays and stat holidays. The cost is $10 per item per day.
Green Initiative FAQ's - Our Commitment to the Environment
We love our tap water!
Whistler’s water meets all of the conditions set out by Vancouver Coastal Health and is safe for us to drink!
We love to reduce plastic waste!
The Resort Municipality of Whistler is committed to finding innovative solutions to reduce waste sent to landfills and has a goal of zero waste. Alongside Whistler Blackcomb that has a zero waste goal by 2030. One of the best ways to achieve this goal is to avoid waste. You will find that many cafe’s in Whistler are helping with this initiative by eliminating the sale of single use water bottles.
Please help us achieve our zero waste goal and bring your own re-usable water bottle. As noted above, tap water is safe to drink and you will find many refill stations / drinking fountains throughout the villages.

We love to compost & recycle!
Most of the complexes that we manage have recycling and compost bins. Where provided we ask for your help to achieve our zero waste goal and use the appropriate receptacles provided.
We kindly ask that you refrain from using the garbage disposals and to put food waste in the compost bins as they are more efficient.
Scientists at the Vancouver Aquarium say that up to 10 million fibres from that one sweater can pass through the washing machine and beyond.
Please help us reduce our environmental footprint and limit the number of towels per guest. We will provide one set of towels per guest (plus a few extra just in case). See our Amenities section above.
We love biodegradable packaging!
We provide small hotel style shampoo / conditioner and body wash to get you started and the packaging is biodegradable. Please help us reduce our environmental footprint and only use what you need. We recommend bringing your own if you are staying with us for an extended amount of time or wish to use more than the amount provided.
We love the wildlife in Whistler.
From Spring to Fall there is a good chance that you will see a bear in Whistler. Please help us protect the bears and note that a feed bear is often a dead bear.
Please ensure that your BBQ is burned off completely and only dispose of your waste in the designated garbage areas. Incorrectly disposing of your waste will attract wildlife and may result in a fine.
