Emma started Harmony Whistler Vacations back in 2014. With a background in real estate, customer service and sales – property management was the perfect fit for her. She oversees and leads the team in maintaining our high standards of quality and customer service. Emma works closely alongside Nicole and accounts, working diligently with our home owners and provides sound advice to the team to exceed all expectations in our overall service and 5 star standards.

Nicole knows each and every one of our home owners personally and builds strong relationships to ensure our home owners are happy and our properties are of the highest standard. Communicating with owners regarding updates and maintenance to ensure their homes are well taken care of and she is always up for home improvement projects of any size. Nicole brings a reliable and stable energy to the team and can often be found strategizing sales and marketing initiatives or discussing projects with one of the many contractors we work with.

Amy’s attention to detail and accountability make her crucial to the day-to-day operations. Amy ensures that all the details behind the scenes are taken care of and that procedures are in place to make our daily operations run smoothly so our staff are stress free and our guests have an amazing vacation.

Sophie works hand in hand with our entire team working diligently to ensure our housekeepers are withholding a high standard and that properties are ready for guest arrival. Sophie is the first to respond to a guests’ maintenance request, ensures a positive experience and often keeps a small maintenance problem from turning into a larger one. Sophie ensures all of our properties are fully ready for our guests arrival and she is often responsible for the cozy atmosphere when you first walk into your Whistler vacation home!
Belinda brings a bubbly and energetic energy to the team. She knows the local rental market trends and is constantly keeping ahead to provide our guests with the best value, and owners the highest return. Belinda is our in-house activity queen, if you want to experience all Whistler has to offer she will happily discuss, recommend and book your desired activities getting you amped-up in the process!

Carla is our guest service and property coordinator. As a former flight attendant and housekeeper, Carla brings sky high customer service and a keen eye for cleanliness to our team. If you are a guest then Carla will be here to assist you throughout the booking process and during your stay. She also loves getting out of the office and ensuring that our homes are clean and ready for guests arrival!
