Planning your ski vacations in Whistler will be a little different this year, however, the most important thing is that the mountain will be open. With a little help from mother nature, we are all hopeful that 2020 / 2021 will be another epic winter carving up the slopes.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
Whistler Blackcomb will be putting safety first, and thanks to COVID-19 this does mean limiting the number of guests accessing the mountains. With this in mind they will be introducing a pass holder reservation system. Not only will you need a pass but reservations will be required to access the mountains. This includes all season pass and day pass holders of all types. You will be able to view real-time availability and make reservations all in one place, on EpicPass.com. Reservations will activate your pass for the selected days; no need to bring anything but your pass to get access to the mountain. The reservation window opens November 6.
We are super blessed to have some of the largest terrain in North America. Based on this Vail resorts anticipate that everyone who wants to ski will be able to do so on most days. To keep the mountains we love open, they need to ensure social distancing and monitor the number of guests accessing the ski area keeping everyone safe and healthy.
Kindly note, face coverings will be mandatory to access the mountain which in most cases are part of your ski or snowboard attire anyway. With everyone’s patience and cooperation, we can all enjoy a healthy and happy winter.
Whistler Blackcomb Day Pass
Introducing the Whistler Blackcomb Day Pass. New for the 2020-21 season, this is a great choice for value and flexibility.
This pass needs to be purchased before the season starts and offers up to 50% off the window ticket lift prices. Choose from 1 to 10 days with the option to add unrestricted access during peak periods. The more days you book on your Whistler Blackcomb day pass, the better daily rate you will get.
This pass is only valid for Whistler Blackcomb throughout the 2020-21 season and is non-transferable and non-refundable.
EPIC Pass
Vail Resorts EPIC pass will again be on sale for the 2020/21 winter season. This includes unlimited priority access at Whistler Blackcomb as well as 7 days at each Fernie, Kicking-Horse, Kimberly, Nakiska, Stoneham and Mont-Sainte Anne in Canada as well as multiple other resorts around the world.
Enjoy discounts on food and beverage, lessons and even Whistler Heli-skiing. You also get discounted ski-with-a-friend or buddy tickets for family and friends.

Season Pass
Whistler Blackcomb will still be offering their unlimited season pass for skiing and riding all season long without any restricted dates.
The perks and benefits that come along with your season pass include discounted sightseeing tickets for family and friends, 2 x 50% off tickets when purchasing well in advance, and half price holder tickets at a bunch of other ski resorts. Discounts on food and beverage, the tube park, lessons, camps, rentals, and heli-skiing are also included with your Whistler Blackcomb unlimited pass.
Lessons
Kids group lessons, teen group lessons, adult MAX 4 lessons, private lessons, plus ski and snowboard camps are usually all on offer at Whistler Blackcomb. This is a great way to keep advancing your skills and discover new and exciting terrain from the people that know it best. A mountain access reservation will be included with the purchase of a ski school lesson. A lift ticket or eligible pass product will be required if the student will be a riding lift.

Discounted Tickets
Vail Resorts and Whistler Blackcomb have multiple other passes on offer including the sea to sky pass for grade school students in the corridor as well as student passes for post secondary full time students attending a pre-approved list of British Columbia and Washington state schools.
