Whistler’s celebration of food and drink is retuning from November 4th – 28th, 2021.
It’s that time of the year where you can dust off your high heels and dress to impress. That said, it’s all about the food and wine and there is an array of different events, some returning and some others for the first time.
Check out one of the culinary stage series, attend one of the drink seminars or settle for the best of both worlds this year. With so many events its hard to know which one to choose. Signature Events
Thursday November 4th
Take your taste buds on a journey around the world as you sample 10 signature tapas with sweet, salty and bold flavours. Paired with wine, beer and liqueurs this event is sure to sell out. Tables will consist of 4 – 8 guests so make sure you book early for group reservations.
Friday November 19th
House Party will look a little different this year. This is usually the first event of cornucopia where you can wander around and sample delectable food and indulgent wine, sample beer and a few other different beverages. This year the drinks will be table service with a buffet style dinner. The country on which this dining experience will be based on is going to be a surprise.
Friday November 26th & Saturday 27th
Beer, spirits, wine, cider. Enjoy all of these beverages. Poured is all about sampling flavours, mixing beverages and finding your new favourite drink.
Saturday November 20th 2021
A four course paired meal with a 1979 Studio 54 theme. Enjoy an evening of amazing food and wine in this Broadway turned disco club featuring theatre, music and sequins and a whole lot of fun.
Culinary Stage Series
Building the Perfect Seacuterie Board
Saturday November 6th
Impress your guests at your next dinner party and learn how to replace preserved meat with delicate seafoods on your next charcuterie. Award winning chef, Julian Bond will host the event paring a delicious spread of seafood with a selection if preservatives.
Sunday November 7th
Learn how to pair delicious jams with your favourite brunch items to create something that is next level.
Drink Seminars
Local Legends; Beer, Wine and Spirits from the Sea to Sky to Lillooet
Sunday November 21st
Bringing you local products from Squamish, Whistler, Pemberton and Lillooet. Find your new favourite local business.
Travel through Scotland with a Whisky Glass

It’s not just about the wine but also legendary whiskies. See if you can taste the difference based on different characteristics such as climate, local ingredients, and traditional distilling techniques

An event for the sweetie. Sample a selection of 8 chocolates brought to you by BETA5 paired with 8 wines including fortified port.
The Bones of Meat and Drink Pairing with Oyama Sausage Co.
Saturday November 13th
Enjoy traditional charcuterie pairings with wine and beer as well as some new and unusual combinations that will enhance salty, savory and smokey flavours.
He Said / She Said: Super Snacks Edition
Sunday November 28th
Husband and Wife Samantha Rahn & Jamie May will each suggest a wine pairing to each of five different snack foods and try to convince you why their choice is better.
There are so many more events to choose from based on your pallet.
Blasted Church, Black Hills Estate and Burrowing Owl will all be at Cornucopia. Wines from popular regions such as Portugal, Italy, Australia, South Africa, France and New Zealand will all be featured. Or if you have a specific type of wine that is your favourite you can choose a drink seminar based on Pinot Noir, Riesling, Desert wine, Lambrusco, Chardonnay, Rose or Chenin Blanc to name a few.
