Ideal for year-round getaways, this dog-friendly retreat offers the best of both convenience and comfort, being just steps from trails, transit, and the Upper Village’s shops and restaurants. Whether you're planning a ski trip, mountain biking adventure, or simply a peaceful alpine escape, The Marquise is a fantastic base for your Whistler vacation.

Inside, enjoy a welcoming open-plan living space featuring a gas fireplace, smart TV with cable, and a fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs. A window A/C unit in the living area and fans in each room help keep things cool in summer, while a private balcony invites you to take in the fresh mountain air. With a queen bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room, this condo comfortably accommodates up to four guests. Additional perks include access to a year-round pool, hot tub, sauna, small fitness suite, ski/bike storage, and secure underground parking.

KNOW BEFORE YOU GO:

* Guests must be 25 years of age to make a reservation and must provide ID at check-in unless prior approval has been given. 

* Whistler is pet friendly and so is 307 Marquise.  One, well behaved dog under 50Ibs is welcomed.  If bringing a dog, this must be discussed and approved prior to booking. Kindly note that there is an additional $30/night pet fee for their stay.  Sorry, but unfortunately, we are unable to accept cats.  
* This unit has one window A/C in the living room area. We supply one fan per bedroom.
* The common area pool & hot tub is available for guests to use at their own discretion. We appreciate your understanding should these facilities close on short notice due to maintenance or health & safety.

* No events, parties, or large groups.
* No smoking
