Additional highlights include high-speed WiFi, paid underground parking (first come, first served), and secure building access.

**Deck work - majority of the deck work is complete but there are two remaining decks that will be worked on (Unit 411 and 518). This work will take place from September 29 to October 17. There will be noise for the first few days. (disclaimer added August 19th 2025)

* Guests must be 25 years of age to make a reservation and must provide ID at check-in unless prior approval has been given. 

* Pets of any kind are not permitted in this home. There will be a fine of up to $500 for any pets or evidence of pets found in the units if permission has not been granted.  

* No smoking.

* No events, parties, or large groups.

* Parking clearance is 6'8"
