Welcome to Market Pavilion, a bright and newly renovated studio located in the heart of Whistler’s Village North. Just steps from Fresh Street Market, coffee shops, restaurants, and the vibrant village stroll, this well-equipped retreat is perfect for couples or solo adventurers looking for comfort and convenience. With everything from nightlife to nature trails within walking distance, it’s an ideal base for exploring all that Whistler has to offer.



After a day on the mountain, unwind by the cozy gas fireplace, soak in the shared hot tub, or enjoy a quiet evening on your private balcony. The studio features a queen Murphy bed, a double futon, a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, A/C, and a Smart TV for your entertainment. Additional perks include free designated parking, coin-operated laundry, and easy access to the free shuttle.



**Elevator Notice

Please note the main elevator will be out of service starting April 13th for approximately 6–8 weeks due to a replacement project. During this time, access will be by stairs only. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience, as this is outside of our control. (Note added: March 31, 2026)

* Guests must be 25 years of age to make a reservation and must provide ID at check-in unless prior approval has been given.

* Pets of any kind are not permitted in this home. There will be a fine of up to $500 for any pets or evidence of pets found in the units if permission has not been granted.  

* No smoking.

* No events, parties, or large groups.

* Parking clearance is 7'0".
