Inside, this newly renovated unit welcomes you with a warm, open-concept living area featuring a cozy fireplace, smart TV, and a large sectional couch, perfect for relaxing after a day of skiing, biking, or hiking. The well equipped kitchen comes with sleek stainless steel appliances and everything you need to cook up anything from quick breakfasts to gourmet dinners. Two spacious bedrooms plus two full bathrooms offer plenty of comfort and privacy. Step outside to your private undercover patio—the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee or unwind with evening drinks in the fresh mountain air, rain or shine. 

**CLOSURE NOTICE*** 
Note added: (May 29, 2025) The Town Plaza Gym and hot tub facilities are being renovated. These facilities are expected to remain unavailable until the work has been completed. Kindly note that strata-managed amenities are not under our direct control. As such, pricing has been adjusted accordingly, and no further compensation will be offered for this amenity being unavailable. 
Update (Dec 10th, 2025). Project delayed with no updated completion, Strata advised that closure may extend beyond the New Year.
Update (Jan 19, 2026). Project has undergone further delays and there is no finish timeline available. This amenity will not be available until this disclosure is removed.
