We offer affordable fees and packages tailored to individual needs. Third party booking websites are becoming more globally recognised than ever before and statistics show that Tourists now look to these websites rather than direct to the conventional management companies to book their vacation. Harmony Whistler will market your vacation home and increase the visibility across many major marketing websites to ensure maximum exposure and occupancy.

One of the main differences that sets Harmony Whistler Vacations apart from other companies is that our management fee is inclusive of all 3rd party booking fees. With most managers, you will see an additional 15-25% in booking fees deducted from your revenue in addition to the management fee. We cover all marketing and fees including annual memberships. We offer you a package that will cover all bases without additional fees. Maximize the rental income while minimizing the hassle!

Cleaning, Maintenance & Inspections

We will take meticulous care of your property! It goes without saying that cleanliness and consistency are critical in vacations homes. We outsource our cleaning to top quality professional cleaning companies with high standards and years of experience. Maintenance is noted by our cleaning teams and housekeeping inspectors at the first sign, and we work to repair quickly and efficiently to ensure your home is well kept.

Your home will be inspected after each clean and we take pride in knowing that each home has been personally inspected by our staff before guests arrive. We ensure that the wifi and televisions are working, the correct number of towels and supplies are left out and most importantly that we have a consistent eye on your property. On the occasion when your home is left vacant for 7 days or more you can rest assured knowing that we complete weekly inspections.

Guest Care & Emergency Line

Finding unique ways to help your guests have an unforgettable trip means your vacation rental, too, should be unforgettable. A great experience leads to repeat bookings, predictable income, and great guest reviews, we happily go the extra mile to make sure our guest’s vacation is a memorable one so they spread the word to their friends and family upon their return home and keep coming back to Whistler and your property, time and time again! Offering local suggestions, personalised concierge services, and providing detailed rental instructions to make their stay as smooth as possible are musts.

Our regular office hours are 8am – 8pm, but it doesn’t stop there! We have an after hours line for any kind of emergency. We are there for our guests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Interior Design & Staging

As an owner, it’s always important to find a balance between what is convenient for you and what speaks to your guests’ comfort. We work hand-in-hand with our owners to set up your home for success! There is high demand for those units that offer quality design and furnishings; it’s a solid return on your investment. If you are in need of upgrading or renovations of your property we can recommend reputable contractors as well as coordinate, and oversee projects. We are also able to help choose and purchase furniture and décor and we have discounts with many stores and outlets. All of the above is fully inclusive of our management fee!

Professional Photography

With the growing vacation rental industry we believe that it is important to invest in the best possible marketing tools – professional photos are a must! Visuals allow guests to experience your vacation home before they book it.

Our commitment to providing professional photos for each of our homes, supports our vacation property prices, as guests will pay a premium price if well presented. We also offer virtual tours so guests can really envision their vacation and determine that it is the right fit for their family and friends.

Licensing & Accounting

Firstly, it is important to ensure your property is licensed correctly and meets the legal requirements. We will take care of this entirely and pay all fees associated with this, so you are in full compliance.

You will be provided with a detailed monthly statement, we collect and remit all appropriate taxes on your behalf and work hand in hand with your accountant each year to ensure the government has everything they need.

Whistler is a world-renowned resort and we recognize that like many of our guests, our owners are from all over the world. We are pleased to act as your non-resident withholding agent when required and we will work alongside your accountant to complete all necessary tax forms.

Pricing Optimization

Our rates specialists and software use a dynamic pricing model that generates unique daily rates based on seasonal demand, events in the area, the length of guest stay, and more. We tailor rates several times a week to ensure that we are staying competitive in the market.

Owner Portal

With your own unique log in information, the Owner portal allows you easy access to an overview of bookings, occupancy, reservation calendar, and allows you to reserve the unit for you or your family any time!
