Creekside is only a short 5 minute drive south of Whistler Village. This quaint little village is actually the original Whistler and where the first gondola was built to head up Whistler mountain back to 1966. You could say its where the Whistler dream all started.
Although Whistler Village has now taken over as the hub, Creekside is still ideal for families or friends seeking a more peaceful escape. It has everything you need from restaurants, pubs, a liquor store, a grocery store and even a Starbucks and Tim Hortons. That said the hustle and bustle of the village is an easy $10 cab ride or $2.50 on the local BC Transit bus.

Parks and Lakes
Alpha Lake – Alpha Lake park has a large lawn area, volleyball net, a small playground for the kids and a dock. You will also find tennis courts here, a basketball hoop and Whistler’s only fenced in dog park (Arfa Park) complete with an second dock for the pooches to jump off into the lake.
Nita Lake – One of the smaller lakes in the Whistler area, with its own dock. Nita Lake has a small pebble beach plus the lake is stocked full of rainbow trout which makes for great fishing.
Drinks and Dining

A favourite among locals with a mouth watering menu and five star service that is consistently amazing. Expect an intimate vibe and large global wine list.
A smaller dining area on the patio and an open kitchen behind the bar serving French & Fusion Fare.
Pub Style
Known as the locals pub in Creekside, serving up tasty pub grub with a full bar and daily drink specials. You will often find patrons playing darts or pinball.
Right at the base of Whistler mountain you will find Dustys. An ideal apres spot with a rustic feel, plenty of space both indoors and outdoors on the patio and often showcasing live entertainment.
Enjoy the views and tranquility of Cure Lounge’s spacious lakefront patio. Relish in their menu made from local ingredients and craft cocktails.
Pizza
A very popular choice for families and pizza lovers alike. These wood-fired flat breads are sure to satisfy the hunger. Our go to – Mopsy’s Kalua Pie, as long as you like pineapple on your pizza.
Breakfast
Known as ‘Whistler’s best kept secret’, the Diner has become a popular spot for locals and visitors alike. With an delicious breakfast menu fuel up for the day with eggs benedict, breakfast poutine, pancakes or a classic breakfast with bacon and scrambled eggs, Southside diner style. They also have great lunch and dinner options.

Gyms
The newest kid on the block and rated Whistler’s fave high-performance gym with a view, this ultra modern gym offers a variety of equipment and classes right in the heart of Creekside. They also have a floatation tank and tanning facility.
Found in Whistler Creek Lodge, this gym has an array of machines, personal trainers and a tanning salon. It includes the use of the outdoor pool and hot tub facilities.
Yoga
Loka Life Yoga is an inclusive community yoga studio located in the Nita Lake Lodge. They offer Jivamukti Spiritual Warrior and Restorative yoga classes live and online. They also offer Ashtanga and shantiseva vinyasa classes online.
Spa
The Spa at Nita Lake Lodge is a fantastic place to restore, relax and reinvigorate. They offer a wide range of massage, body and facial therapy, esthetics, waxing and even champagne services. This award winning spa has two rooftop hot tubs in a peaceful natural setting, a eucalyptus stream room and a serene relaxation lounge.

Skiing & Snowboarding
With FREE underground parking, Creekside is a great spot to start and end your day on the mountain.
Ride the Creekside Gondola up to Red Chair which will take you to Roundhouse restaurant. It’s only one more lift ride up Peak Chair and you will find yourself right on top of Whistler mountain. You can also ski out to the main village from the top of the Creekside Gondola.
The ski out options to Creekside are for intermediate to advanced skiers and riders. The famous Dave Murray Downhill is a fun, relatively easy black/advanced run and has a ski-in trail to the Taluswood homes. A blue/intermediate alternative is to take Franz’s and lower Franz’s down to Creekside village or try the 6.8 mile long Peak to Creek run descending all the way from the top of Whistler to Creekside.
There is a guest services in Creekside for lift passes and a Can-Ski store for rentals.
