Harmony Whistler Vacations (“we”, “our”, or “us”) offers a mobile messaging program (the “SMS Service”) subject to these SMS Terms & Conditions. By opting into our SMS Service, you agree to these terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and general Terms of Service.
Program Description
Our SMS Service includes updates, reminders, booking confirmations, property details, promotional offers, and other relevant information related to your stay or inquiry.
Message frequency may vary based on your interaction with us but will generally not exceed 5 messages per week, or 20 messages per month.
User Opt-In
By enrolling in the SMS Service, you consent to receive automated text messages from or on behalf of Harmony Whistler Vacations to the mobile number you provided.
Consent is not a condition of purchase.
You must be 18 years or older or have the consent of a parent or guardian to use this service.
How to Opt-Out
You can opt-out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any of our messages.
After you send the STOP message, we will send a confirmation and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
If you wish to rejoin, simply text a keyword such as START or opt-in again through our website.
